Life Safety: Bomb Threat
The Fire Safety Director, upon notification that a bomb threat has been made for the building, shall take the following actions:
- Ensure 911 has been notified of the incident.
- Consider whether Shelter-In-Place, In-Building Relocation, Partial or Full Evacuation should be implemented for the safety of the occupants.
- Ensure the Fire Alarm Panel is monitored for the possibility of fire as a result of any explosion.
- Should an explosion or fire occur, refer to the appropriate EAP section.
